Scheduling your Appointment
In order to ensure that you receive the time a day you desire, we recommend you to schedule you next visit before leaving our spa. However, you could always call us to do so as well. For all treatments that are 60 minutes or longer, we require a credit card to hold the reservation. For your convenience, we will hold secure your credit card information for future appointments.
Unable to Keep and Appointment?
In consideration of our other clients and aesthetic technicians, please give Spa Fiori 24 hours notice of any cancellation or to reschedule an appointment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in any of our services, promotions or gift certificate pricing. It is not required, but greatly appreciated.
Confirmation Call
We will give you a reminding call before your appointment.
Cell Phones
So that you may fully enjoy your spa experience and as a courtesy to our other guests and staff, we ask that you please turn off your cell phone while enjoying your spa experience.
Payment
We gladly accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or ATM debit card. A $25.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.
